To qualify for a Client Purchase Card, one must first be a regular and active client of The Food Pantry. Eligibility is based on total income and size (i.e., number of household members) of a participant’s household. Participants qualify for USDA Foods if their total household income is equal or less than 185% of the federal poverty guidelines that are in effect.
